Privacy & Safety

We do not share any information about our clients with outside sources. Any personal information shared with us will be kept in strictest confidence.

We are fully insured, and all items left for repair are stored in a safe.

Diamonds and gemstones over 1/4ct can be viewed and mapped under a microscope before being left for repair.

Repair Pick-up

Items left for repair that are not picked up within 180 days of notification of completion will are subject to liquidation.

We will make every effort to contact the owner of any jobs left.

Wholesale Inquiries

We do not sell wholesale.
